We are looking for a creative and driven Recruiter to join our team in Mexico City! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s growth, identifying and attracting top talent across Marketing, Creative, and Operations. You will ensure a seamless and inspiring candidate experience, helping us build a world-class team in a fast-paced environment.
📍 Location: Mexico City (Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on Marketing and Operational positions.
- Hunt for top-tier talent using social media, specialized platforms, and creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing Leads and Department Heads, helping define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Lead the interview process, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a professional, welcoming introduction to our culture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in the Marketing and Digital space to ensure our offers and outreach remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure new hires transition smoothly from "Offer Accepted" to their first day in the office.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), with a successful track record of closing Marketing or tech/non-tech roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to "sell" our vision and build long-term relationships with candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and pivot quickly as business needs change.
- Experience using ATS and data to track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring funnel.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups flawlessly.
- English proficiency at a C1 level or higher is required for global communication.
