The Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Head of PPC to lead our global paid media strategy. This senior role is based in Limassol, Cyprus, and spans multiple international markets, including North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC.
You will be responsible for scaling PPC operations, managing a growing in-house and external team, and driving performance across platforms. Experience in iGaming or Forex is essential, as is an understanding of advanced acquisition tactics across both mainstream and high-competition environments. This includes knowledge of platform policy boundaries and creative approaches to performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the global paid search strategy across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, ASA, UAC, Meta, TikTok, and more

Build and manage a high-performing team of PPC managers, analysts, and agency partners

Oversee and optimize multi-million dollar budgets to achieve ROI and acquisition goals

Design and execute strategies tailored to each market’s regulatory, cultural, and behavioral nuances

Apply both conventional and unconventional tactics to stay competitive in crowded markets, while maintaining platform integrity

Partner cross-functionally with SEO, CRM, BI, Development, and Creative teams to drive funnel performance

Implement and oversee analytics, attribution, tracking, and fraud-prevention infrastructure

Constantly evaluate and test bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and user journeys

Stay current on industry trends, ad policy updates, and emerging tools, technologies, and platforms

Educate and upskill internal teams on the latest SEM trends and best practices
Requirements
-
5+ years of PPC experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role

Mandatory experience in iGaming or Forex sectors

Proven success managing global campaigns across multiple geographies and platforms

Deep understanding of both policy-compliant marketing and more advanced traffic acquisition techniques

Expertise in campaign structure, automation, tracking, attribution, and performance reporting

Strong analytical skills and fluency in tools like GA4, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Google Ads certification preferred

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
