We are seeking an experienced and creative Event Manager to take ownership of projects in the iGaming industry. This role requires someone who can manage events and merchandise production from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth execution, top-quality results, and strong brand representation at industry conferences and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle project management: from creative idea and planning to production, logistics, and on-site delivery.
  • Develop and implement concepts for merchandise, branded gifts, and packaging that align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Research, select, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers across production, printing, packaging, and logistics.
  • Ensure quality control at every stage, maintaining deadlines and agreed standards.
  • Manage project budgets, handle financial documentation, and prepare detailed expense reports.
  • Organize and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock tracking and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to bring creative event and merchandise ideas to life.
  • Provide post-event analysis, evaluate project effectiveness, and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as an Event Manager in iGaming or Betting.
  • Advanced English, Fluent Russian or Ukrainian
  • Proven knowledge of supplier and production markets, with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Financial awareness and ability to manage and report on project budgets.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, with the ability to contribute ideas for merchandise and packaging.
  • Nice to have: background in design, understanding of branding principles, and familiarity with printing processes.
