Social Media Team Lead (iGaming, On-site Warsaw)

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full SMM roadmap across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram).
- Develop data-driven social strategies aligned with brand positioning and revenue goals.
- Build structured quarterly and monthly content planning systems.
- Scale multi-platform campaigns focused on engagement, traffic, and revenue growth.
- Own KPI framework and reporting (monthly/quarterly).
- Drive performance based on ER/ERR, reach & impressions growth, CTR/CPM/CPC optimisation, conversion rate, FTDs, LTV contribution, and ROI.
- Create and oversee the execution of content calendars across multiple social media platforms, specific to the project
- Analyze social media metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all channels
- Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, implementing new tactics to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners
- Oversee crisis management and reputation monitoring on social platforms
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead / Supervisor role in Social Media.
- 2+ years in iGaming / Betting (mandatory).
- Proven experience building or scaling SMM operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with performance-driven KPIs (FTDs, ROI, LTV, CTR, ER/ERR).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid amplification.
- Fluent English.
