We are looking for a Head of Data Science to design, build, and deploy full-cycle AI/ML solutions that deliver highly consequential business impact.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a Data Science function from the ground up, creating a best-in-class AI/ML team that will drive competitive advantage in a high-stakes gaming environment. You must be able to communicate complex ML concepts in simple, business-relevant terms, engaging stakeholders across C-level leadership, product, marketing, CRM, and operations.

✅ Key responsibilities:

🚀 Build & lead a high-impact Data Science function

• Establish and scale a world-class Data Science team from scratch.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML capabilities in a competitive gaming market.
• Build ML models that directly impact product innovation, marketing, player retention, and operational efficiency.
• Work with C-level executives to shape the AI strategy that gives the company a clear market advantage.

🔧 Full-Cycle AI/ML Product Development & scalable ML Ops

• Hands-on development of end-to-end AI/ML products, from data preprocessing to production deployment.
• Ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and continuously optimized.
• Lead the design of real-time and batch ML models that optimize marketing, CRM, pricing, fraud detection, and player behavior analytics.
• Establish best practices in MLOps (CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining pipelines, and automation).
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLflow, and cloud-based ML services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Snowflake and Snowflake ML is a strong advantage.

• Identify high-value AI use cases that maximize revenue, optimize player experience, and drive operational efficiency.
• Champion AI-driven decision-making, experimentation, and A/B testing across the organization.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and CRM teams to drive AI adoption and maximize business impact.
• Translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hands-on full-cycle AI/ML product development – from prototyping to deploying models at scale.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and time-series forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL, data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), and cloud-based ML solutions.
• Experience in ML Ops, automation, model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Experience with Snowflake and Snowflake ML (advantageous).
• Ability to bridge technical and business teams, explaining complex concepts in simple, impactful ways.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-scale environments, ensuring ML solutions deliver real business impact.
