We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Facility Specialist to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building systems, be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  
  
• Conduct minor repairs and coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance.
  
  
• Assist in managing utilities, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems.
  
  
• Support space planning, office setups, and relocations.
  
  
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request orders when needed.
  
  
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues quickly.
  
  
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and facility logs.
  
  
• Support health, safety, and environmental compliance efforts.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or technical support role.
  
  
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
