We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our recruitment team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts—from scheduling interviews and managing data to generating recruitment insights and streamlining onboarding. ✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist in generating reports and analytics related to the recruitment process, such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

✔️Help coordinate and schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

✔️Support the pre-onboarding process for new hires.

✔️Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to streamline and improve recruitment procedures.

✔️Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

✔️Track key recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.

✔️Assist with the development of recruitment strategies and campaigns.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️Completed or currently enrolled in HR/recruiting courses would be considered as advantage.

✔️Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR-related tasks would be considered as a strong advantage.

✔️Previous experience with ATS and HR software is desirable.

✔️Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

✔️Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

✔️Good communication and teamwork abilities.
