📈We are looking for a structured and organized Corporate Planning Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of our OKR-based planning process across the company. 🤝This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, divisions, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent planning, execution, and control. 🗒️You will own the coordination of OKR cycles, maintain the planning infrastructure, and serve as a key enabler for departments to define and deliver on their goals The ideal candidate is process-minded, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

🧩Key Responsibilities
✔️Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and mid-level management
✔️Identify and address planning-related pain points and requirements
✔️Lead change management initiatives and act as a change agent within the company
✔️Regularly collect feedback and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
✔️Identify and address process gaps; automate where possible
✔️Act as the point of contact for OKR-related queries and tool support
✔️Coordinate and manage company-wide OKR planning cycles
✔️Support teams in setting aligned, measurable goals and ensure timely submission
✔️Facilitate planning meetings and alignment sessions
✔️Maintain planning tools, templates, and knowledge bases
✔️Monitor progress and ensure regular reporting and result validation
✔️Ensure consistent communication and transparency around planning processes

🧩Job Requirements
✔️Proven experience in operations, project management, or related fields — preferably within the software development, technology, or data-related industries
✔️Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other planning/tracking platforms
✔️Familiarity with OKRs or other structured goal-setting frameworks
✔️Ability to coordinate complex workflows involving multiple teams and timelines
✔️Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
✔️Clear, structured communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to adapt messaging for various organizational levels
✔️Experience in designing and improving business processes
✔️Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities
✔️Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
✔️Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments
