We are seeking an experienced and driven Legal Counsel with Real Estate focus to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and corporate law with proven expertise in real estate transactions. They will play a key role in advising the company on real estate matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with local laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents, with a strong focus on real estate agreements, commercial leases, development contracts, and corporate agreements (e.g., Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements).
• Managing and closing real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and regulatory filings.
• Conducting legal research and liaising with external legal counsel and stakeholders to support real estate operations and acquisitions.
• Ensuring compliance with Cyprus company law and corporate governance procedures.

Requirements:
• Holder of a Law degree (preferably from a Common Law jurisdiction).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within a real estate environment.
• Proven track record in legal negotiations and finalizing complex real estate agreements independently.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus property law, company law, and real estate-related regulatory procedures.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal, is essential, knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High sense of professionalism and independent initiative, with a collaborative
approach to team work.
