Role Purpose & Contribution
As a Process Improvement Coordinator, you will support operational excellence across key plant and engineering functions.
This role is primarily responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data collection, KPI reporting, and cross-functional coordination. It also supports office administration and travel management, enabling smooth site operations.
The role contributes directly to achieving continuous improvement project targets, budget alignment, compliance reporting, and overall operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations, maintenance, and engineering functions.
- Collect, track, and analyse performance data and departmental metrics to support operational improvement targets.
- Maintain KPI dashboards and prepare clear, accurate status and performance reports.
- Coordinate with renewable energy vendors to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational and performance data.
- Manage employee and visitor travel arrangements
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams and take on additional responsibilities as required to support business needs
We are open to candidates with a technical background and with a preferred MBA in finance or operations. who are eager to build a career in operations, analytics, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related disciplines)
Or an MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Any prior exposure to manufacturing, operations, maintenance, engineering, or industrial environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience (academic or practical) in data analysis, reporting, metrics tracking, or cost awareness will be beneficial.
