About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Delivery Specialist – Digital Solutions/Technical Delivery Specialist to support the successful delivery and deployment of Bradken’s growing portfolio of digital products and technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of mining, engineering and digital technology, supporting the rollout of innovative edge and cloud-based solutions across customer operations globally.
What You’ll Do
- You will coordinate the planning, scheduling and delivery of digital solutions from proof of concept through to operational deployment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.
- You are responsible for supporting delivery governance, maintaining project documentation, facilitating collaboration between technical and operational stakeholders, and helping drive structured and scalable delivery processes.
- You will also provide technical support, troubleshooting, training and deployment coordination across a range of digital products, systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
You are:
- coordinating digital project delivery across cloud, edge and site-based solutions
- developing and maintaining project schedules, delivery plans and implementation roadmaps
- tracking milestones, risks, issues and project dependencies
- facilitating Agile delivery activities including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- collaborating with engineering, operations, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- supporting deployment and commissioning activities across mining customer sites
- maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting and change management records
- contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and governance frameworks
- supporting technical troubleshooting, training and customer adoption activities
- ensuring compliance with Bradken standards, quality requirements and relevant regulatory obligations
What We’re Looking For
You are a collaborative and technically capable professional who enjoys working across engineering, technology and operations environments. You can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong attention to detail in fast-paced project environments.
Background & Experience
You have:
- a Bachelor’s or Honours Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- experience within mining, heavy industry or related operational environments
- experience coordinating or delivering technical projects across multiple stakeholders or sites
- exposure to digital systems, industrial technologies, edge devices or cloud-based platforms
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
- experience working with cross-functional teams, contractors or external vendors
- strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- the ability to travel occasionally to customer sites as required
This role works closely with global teams, customers, and suppliers across multiple regions, so flexibility to collaborate across different time zones will be important.
Experience supporting mining equipment such as excavators or dump trucks, or working with industrial electronics and communications systems, will be highly regarded.
This role can be based in Brisbane, Newcastle or Perth, with flexibility to work remotely within Australia considered for the right candidate.
