Account Manager
At Bradken, we’re more than solutions providers; we’re visionaries paving the way for a more productive and prosperous future for our customers. With a 3000-strong workforce, our ability to adapt and evolve keeps us positioned firmly as global leaders in the wear solutions market for the resources sector.
As an experienced Account Manager within our Mining business unit, you will play an essential role in effectively supporting our current customer base while driving aggressive sales growth for Bradken in Chile. Aligning with our BK28 strategic objectives, your primary focus will be expanding our Ground Engaging Tools (GETs) and Undercarriage market share.
You will be a self-managed, customer-focused professional with deep knowledge of open-pit mining operations and large mining equipment (particularly mining excavators and rope shovels). You will undertake regular site visits to perform product wear monitoring, collaborate closely with our engineering teams to deliver customized technical solutions, and manage your pipeline seamlessly using Salesforce CRM to track accounts, quotes, and market opportunities.
You are a natural collaborator who thrives in a "One Team" environment, working cross-functionally with Sales Support, Engineering, and our Mineral Processing colleagues to deliver exceptional after-sales support and solve our clients' operational pain points.
This role is remote-based in Chile, with a strong preference for candidates residing in the Second Region (Calama) due to regular customer site travel requirements.
