
Sustainability & ESG Analyst

We are looking for a Sustainability and ESG Analyst to join our global Sustainability and ESG team.
This is a data-led sustainability role focused on ESG reporting, environmental performance data, GHG emissions information, reporting controls and sustainability systems. You will support the collection, validation and analysis of sustainability data across Bradken’s global operations, helping improve the accuracy and integrity of internal, shareholder and regulatory reporting.
About the role
This is a data-driven role focused on data management, accuracy, and analytics, with sustainability domain knowledge developed on the job. You will support the delivery of global environmental and sustainability reporting activities. This includes maintaining sustainability data, supporting GHG emissions reporting, improving reporting processes, and helping ensure our sustainability information is accurate, timely and audit-ready.
You will work closely with Sustainability Business Partners, site teams and functional stakeholders across operations, finance, procurement and corporate teams.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collect, consolidate, validate and correct environmental and sustainability data across global sites
- Support GHG emissions data management, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions
- Maintain sustainability data in central systems and reporting repositories
- Support internal, shareholder and external sustainability reporting requirements
- Analyse performance across areas such as energy, water, waste, emissions and resource use
- Identify gaps, trends and opportunities to improve sustainability data quality and reporting processes
- Support emissions modelling through accurate baseline data, assumptions and emission factors
- Prepare reports, dashboards, documentation, registers, calculations and work instructions
- Support audit-ready documentation and reporting controls for sustainability and regulatory reporting
- Support data input and maintenance activities within ESG systems such as Salesforce Net Zero Cloud
Key Selection Criteria
- Exposure working with sustainability, ESG, carbon, environmental or emissions data
- Candidates with strong data analytics skills (including fresh graduates) are encouraged to apply. Prior ESG experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience collecting, validating, analysing or reporting GHG emissions data, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and/or Scope 3
- Strong data management capability, including data cleansing, quality checks, modelling, transformation or reporting controls
- Advanced Excel capability, with exposure to Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python is highly regarded
- Understanding of emission factors, sustainability KPIs, environmental performance metrics or carbon accounting principles
- Exposure to sustainability or ESG reporting cycles, including internal, shareholder, regulatory or audit-ready reporting
- Awareness of frameworks such as ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, GRI, TCFD or GHG Protocol
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, finance, procurement, sustainability or site teams
- High attention to detail, strong documentation habits and the ability to follow through on data quality issues
- Experience with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud or similar ESG reporting platforms will be highly regarded.
Important Note: This is a 12-month contract role (with potential for extension). The position is based in the Coimbatore office and requires regular on-site work.
Candidates outside Coimbatore must be willing to relocate independently, as relocation support is not provided.
