About the role:

We are looking for a Security Operations II profile that’s responsible for overseeing the
daily operations of Beyond ONEs security and network infrastructure. Their primary
responsibilities include:

What you will do:
- Managing and coordinating the activities of the SOC team to ensure smooth
and efficient security operations.
- Ensuring that all network issues are promptly identified, investigated, and
resolved.
- Ensuring security solutions are implemented and always in compliance to the
group security strategy

- Notify non-compliance to the group without delay
- Implementing procedures for security and network monitoring, troubleshooting,
and maintenance.
- Collaborating with IT teams, such as Application, Security, Engineering, to
implement network security measures and ensure compliance organization
standards.
- Working closely with the OpCo teams to ensure the onboarding of assets to NOC
and SOC are performed on a continuous basis.
- Implement security configuration, solutions such as IAM, VPN, Firewall, IPS, IDS
etc.
- Governing third-party vendors and service providers, monitor KPI’s, SLA and
ensure that the SOC are run as per the guidelines set forth.
- Managing and coordinating the activities of the SOC team to ensure smooth
and efficient security operations.
- Ensuring that all security incidents and breaches are promptly identified,
investigated, and resolved.
- Implementing IR run books and ensuring set procedure are implemented and
monitored all times to improve the SOC operations.
- Expertise on SIEM, threat intel solutions, Vulnerability, and patch management
solution, NDR and EDR is crucial.
- Expertise on Application monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace is required.
- Collaborating with other IT teams, such as Network, Applications, third party
solution providers is required, this is to implement security measures and ensure
compliance with industry regulations.
- Work closely with GRC and other security teams to ensure any policy violations
and exceptions are mitigated.
- Analysing security data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies for
security maintenance and upgrades.

What you will need:
-  A minimum of 10 years of experience in Cyber security space, in a Technology
industry with expertise on AWS technology stack
- Knowledge of telecommunications useful
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT
- Security solution such as Fortinet firewalls, WAF, EC2, EDR, NDR, Application
scanning tools such as Sonarqube, dynatrace, Qualys, SIEM solutions.
- OS – Linux and Windows
