Role Purpose

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of our digital and telco platforms. Your contributions will help shape the operations team and ultimately the way we disrupt the market with seamless, high-availability services.

In your first year, you will enhance system reliability through proactive monitoring, reduce incident resolution times, and contribute to more stable releases by supporting technical changes with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Lead system performance monitoring, ensuring high availability and timely detection of anomalies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving rapid resolution of incidents and continual service improvements.

Manage daily operations across telco systems and middleware, ensuring consistent performance and stability.

Drive incident and problem management efforts, contributing to root cause analysis and resolution.

Participate in patching, maintenance, and service restoration activities.

Maintain operational documentation including runbooks and incident logs.

Contribute to the knowledge base and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years in IT operations, technical support, or infrastructure monitoring.
Technical Skills:
Must-haves: Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Dynatrace, ManageEngine); basic understanding of databases, APIs, and Linux systems; experience supporting customer-facing applications and middleware.
Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with payment systems, telco platforms, or cloud-based infrastructure.
Unique Attributes:
Thrives in dynamic, uptime-critical environments requiring quick analysis and rapid response.
Possesses a proactive mindset and strong coordination skills.
Excels with ITIL-based practices such as incident, problem, and change management.
