Role Purpose:

• Why this role matters: As Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Beyond One’s global infrastructure technology strategy. Your contributions will help shape our infrastructure engineering teams and initiatives, and ultimately the way we disrupt the market. 
• What success looks like: In your first year, you will lead the delivery of secure, scalable, and highly available systems, define a robust technical roadmap with measurable impact, and drive innovation in architecture and tooling that supports company growth.

Key Responsibilities 
In this role, you will: 

• Lead the execution of long-term infrastructure strategy, ensuring it supports scalability and innovation. 

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving transformative engineering initiatives. 

• Manage infrastructure engineering teams, ensuring secure, reliable systems and platform excellence. 

• Drive architectural innovation across deployment methodologies and tooling. 

• Champion operational excellence through observability, reliability, and cost efficiency. 

• Foster a high-performance engineering culture that values growth, ownership, and continuous improvement. 
• Define and implement technical roadmaps with measurable outcomes and business alignment. 

Qualifications & Attributes:
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following: 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
• Experience: 10+ years in software or infrastructure engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles. 

Technical Skills: 

• Must-haves:
• Candidate must be strong in Data-center IP Network setup, and Hardware setup( LoadBalancer, Router, Switcher) 
• Use of IaaS ( Infrastructure as a Code ) using tools like Terraform and Ansibl 
• Strong Knowledge on Managing Containers and Clusters , using Containers management solutions like GKE, AKS, and Rancher . 
• Strong Knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines. 
• Strong and Previous Proven experience on building Production environments over Cloud mainly GCP and AWS Plus and is a must on Premise Datacenter
• Nice-to-haves: Experience optimizing platform scalability and leading cost-efficiency efforts. 
• Unique Attributes: Thrives in dynamic environments requiring visionary thinking and cross-functional influence.
• Possesses strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
• Excels with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and technical roadmap execution.
