Role Purpose
Why this role matters: As Virgin Segment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting product implementations and cross-department coordination, helping ensure smooth execution and alignment with KPIs. Your contributions will help shape the segment management function and ultimately the way we disrupt the market.

What success looks like: In your first year, you will drive efficient coordination across technical, marketing, and customer service teams; ensure consistent and high-quality customer journey testing; and streamline content and offer management across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Lead the quality testing of customer applications in both pre-production and production environments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Member Care teams by drafting offer briefs in Arabic and English and ensuring customer-facing business rules are aligned.

  • Manage cross-departmental coordination, including ticket tracking, issue resolution, and production follow-ups to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Drive website content updates by managing homepage and landing page changes, coordinating closely with the Marketing Communications team.

  • Support the Segment Managers in implementing new products and offers, ensuring timely and aligned execution across departments.

Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:

Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years in relevant roles involving product coordination, digital platforms, or analytics.

Technical Skills:
Must-haves:

  • Basic knowledge of digital applications and development

  • Proficiency in data analytics and MS Office

  • Ability to coordinate across multi-cultural and cross-functional teams

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with customer application design tools such as Figma or Sketch

  • Familiarity with UI/UX and AI tools
