Affiliate Manager, Serbia

As we expand our operations in Serbia, we are seeking a talented and experienced Affiliate Manager to support our efforts and drive growth in this exciting market.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local partners, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth through effective affiliate recruitment, activation, and retention strategies. Your knowledge of affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and analytical mindset will be essential in achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive player acquisition, revenue growth, and brand exposure.
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, evaluate partnership opportunities, and negotiate competitive commission structures and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to maximize their performance.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to activate and engage affiliates, providing them with marketing materials, promotional offers, and incentives.
• Continuously optimize affiliate campaigns and initiatives, including landing pages, creatives, and promotional materials, to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role within the online gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in managing affiliate programs and driving affiliate revenue growth.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, performance metrics, and reporting tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of online gaming industry trends, player behaviour, and marketing tactics.
• Fluency in Serbian and English is required.
