Head of Business Operations (Deputy CEO Office)

As we scale, we’re looking for a Strategy Specialist to partner closely with the CEO Office and the broader executive team to drive strategic priorities, strengthen operational excellence, and improve alignment across the organisation.
This is a high-visibility role, designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex cross-functional problems, and wants an accelerated path to future leadership roles.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Support & Execution
- Partner with the CEO office and Executive Leadership Team to shape, prioritise and deliver Superbets top strategic initiatives.
- Synthesise complex topics into structured insights, decision-ready materials, and clear recommendations.
- Prepare briefings, executive summaries, and narratives for leadership meetings, board updates, and shareholder reviews.
Operational Leadership
- Improve cross-functional alignment by ensuring decisions, priorities, and actions are clearly communicated and followed through across teams.
- Support planning and governance processes: OKRs, quarterly business reviews, leadership reporting, operational dashboards.
- Own special projects and urgent strategic workstreams, often high stakes, ambiguous, and time-sensitive.
Problem Solving & Cross-Functional Impact
- Identify bottlenecks or gaps in processes, propose solutions, and drive accountability across functions.
- Work with product, operations, finance, HR, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on company priorities.
- Provide analytical insights on business performance, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
Leadership Partner
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Deputy CEO, challenging assumptions, clarifying priorities, and improving decision velocity.
- Support organisational effectiveness, communication, and leadership team cadence.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and cross-team effectiveness.
We’re looking for someone with
Experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, transformation, or a cross-functional strategic role within a high-growth company.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and switching rapidly between multiple projects.
- Exposure to multi-country or multi-stakeholder environments is a strong plus.

- Strong analytical capability; comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven problem solving.
