Customer Support for eVTOL (System Building)
Outlie of the Job
As part of our company's efforts to develop flying car aircraft and business development, assuming “customers” who will actually operate SkyDrive aircraft, you will be responsible for project planning and overall strategies for customer support, including technical inquiries, operation and maintenance, training, etc., and coordinating the establishment of the organization.
The specific mission will be set individually depending on the experience and skills of the new employee.
Key Responsibility
■Responding to technical inquiries
- Establishment of an internal flow for responding to inquiries
- Engineering support including airworthiness maintenance
- Web portal development and operation
■Operational support including EIS (Entry Into Service)
- Support for supplying parts and GSE (Ground Support Equipment)
- Provision of manuals related to maintenance and operation
- Support for customer service as a Field Service Representative (FSR)
■Training Support
- Training support for crews and mechanics
- Training support for crews and mechanics ・Aircraft Evaluation Group (AEG) support for aviation authorities
Essential Skills
- Experience in the aviation industry (drones, aircraft, helicopters) in a maintenance or operational engineering department or in customer support, etc.
- Communication skills to cooperate with external parties, including competent authorities
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with eVTOL technology and urban air mobility concepts is a plus.
- Experience in a wide range of business activities in the air transportation or aircraft operating companies.
- Experience with spare parts and after-sales service parts.
- Experience in providing training related to aircraft operations, such as maintenance and pilot training and etc...
- Experience in writing airworthiness improvement reports or maintenance technical information reports.

- Permanent Employee or Contract Employee
- Probationary period: 3~6 month
Place of Employment
- Tokyo Office - SPACES Shinagawa , Shinagawa East One Tower 7th Floor, 2-16-1, Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo
- Nagoya Airport Office: Nagoya Airport Terminal Building 2nd floor, Toyoba, Toyoyama-Cho, Nishikasugai, Aichi Prefecture
- Your initial work location will be determined based on your preference.
- If your initial work location is the Tokyo Office, you will basically work remotely.
- Travel may be required if necessary.
- Scope of Change: Places determined by the Company (including places where telework is performed)
Working Hours
- Flextime or Discretionary labor system
- Basic working hours: Start 9:00 End 18:00(Including 1hour break time)
Holidays
- 115 days off per year(Saturday / Sundays / Newyear holidays(12/29~1/3) / Company designated holidays)
- Annual paid leave
- Refresh leave (Granted after 1, 3, 4, 5 years of service)
Salary
- Annual salary paid in 12 monthly installments (including fixed overtime allowance)
- To be determined based on skills, experience, and abilities
