This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which can be discussed with the recruitment team during the hiring process.

 

Santander UK are SWIFT member this role is to join the team who provide day to day support of SAN UK’s SWIFT system SAA and the bank anti money laundering system Safewatch.

Payments are key to the UK banking sector, this role is key in this area for continuation of service as a SWIFT member, this role is to both keep the bank running and change the bank, it will involve working in a team and provide support, work on projects, run with deployments, track industry changes, work with the business on any requirements.

 

THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

  • Managing SAN UK’s payment system SWIFT Alliance Access & SWIFT Web Platform
  • Delivering industry changes like CBPR+
  • Reporting any issues to business units or the incident management team
  • Providing day to day support
  • Ensuring the systems is functioning currently and deploying changes
  • Analysing production issues or business requirements

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

  • SWIFT Alliance Access, upgrades, and be able to provide support to business units
  • Production release lifecycle knowledge
  • Anti money laundering experience

 

IT WOULD ALSO BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE:

  • Safewatch Experience
  • EMW Experience
  • COPESTAR knowledge from a technical perspective
  • HP Non-Stop experience NS4

 

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW:

In this role you will work within a shift rota, currently 7am until CHAPS closes at 6PM, also provide overnight support, on-call and working weekends to roll out deployments.
