PAGONXT is looking for an SR. OPERATION ANALYST, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

As an AUTOMATION LEAD, your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Technical coordination and management of (internal / external) automation development team; as well as programming several RPAs and automation as one more of the team.
  • Monitor the adoption of methodologies, good practices and promote improvements.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire automation project execution.

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • Experience in continuous improvement projects for at least 1 year.
  • Experience in java programming for at least 3 years.
  • Desirable experience in Phyton programming.
  • Experience in automation and RPAs solutions.
  • Desirable experience in automation projects using Selenium and Cilantrum.

 

EDUCATION

  • Engineering, Maths, Physics, Economics, Business Administration or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Focused and Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies as Lean methodology.
  • Deep knowledge in java language, Python as a desirable knowledge.
  • Experience in integration tools (CI/CD) and automation frameworks.
  • Skills to work with SQL and NoSQL Data Bases.
  • Team building and good interpersonal communication.
  • Well-structured and organized.
  • Strong focus on quality and on-time deliveries.
  • Good organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Advanced English and Spanish level.
