WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Global Manager for CRM & Commercial Intelligence, you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence and CRM in the HQ and working in close cooperation with different Getnet teams across the world. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing CRM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with sales and customer engagement teams. This role drives the global CRM strategy, enhances commercial intelligence, and delivers data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

The CRM & Commercial Intelligence Manager will be responsible for:

  • Development and Execution of the Global CRM Strategic Roadmap: Focus on increase business productivity optimizing merchants' relationships across all markets, tracking pipeline & conversion, ensuring long-term engagement, retention and revenue growth.

  • CRM Tools Evolution and Optimization: Lead the implementation, management and integration of global CRM solutions. Ensure that the commercial team has access to the data and insights they need to make the right decisions. Work with T&O to ensure that the Data stack and CRM tools are aligned with Getnet strategy and commercial objectives. Evaluate and suggest improvements and new technologies that can contribute to the success lifecycle strategy.

  • Define and Manage Key Global Commercial Metrics: Defining and monitoring strategic KPIs, such as active customer base, activation, churn, sales goals (conversion rate, onboardings, TPV, etc), customer engagement and NPS, using CRM tools and Data solutions.

    • Creating and maintaining real-time dashboards, providing actionable insights for the commercial and business teams. Establishing sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.

    • Implementing predictive analytics (e.g. Churn prediction) and segmentation models to enhance targeting and commercial decision-making.

  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Lead the customer lifecycle management strategy, from acquisition to retention, with a focus on maximizing LTV.  Support local countries with the methodology and tools to manage properly the function.

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Marketing Automation and CRM Sales & Services projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery within time and planned budget, including risk assessment and sponsor communication.

  • Commercial Team Training: Organize ongoing training for teams on CRM strategies, sales processes and tool usability. Provide materials and insights based on data to optimize the sales approach and improve performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams and experts to translate business opportunities into tools requirements, ensuring continuous alignment with the company’s roadmap.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Skills & Knowledge:

  • 8+ years in CRM, Commercial Intelligence, or Data Analytics (preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services).

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.

  • Experience in customer data analytics, segmentation, and marketing automation.

  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for data analysis.

  • Ability to work across multiple countries and teams in a global organization.

  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
