About the Role

As a Sales Support coordinator, you will play a critical role in enabling safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations across the region. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Freight, and Order Fulfilment teams, you will ensure safety-first execution, seamless order processing, accurate system management, and trusted customer relationships.

What You Will Do

Champion Safety

  • Conduct all required safety tasks as directed by the site, including safety activities, audits, and safety shares on and off customer sites.
  • Actively promote and role‑model Bradken’s safety-first culture in everything you do.

Enable Sales & Regional Operations

  • Provide timely and accurate support to the Sales team, including preparation of reports, quotations, and service documentation.
  • Ensure efficient processing of customer requests to support smooth regional operations.

Drive Customer Excellence

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Use system information to proactively update Sales teams on product despatches and order status.

Coordinate Logistics & Order Fulfilment

  • Monitor Bradken Logistics deliveries from manufacturing plants and third‑party suppliers, advising when expediting is required.
  • Liaise with Freight and Order Fulfilment teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Prepare Forward Order Approvals (FOAs) and obtain relevant approvals.

Own Systems & Data Quality

  • Maintain internal Bradken systems including CRM (Salesforce), debtors, CFR, and ERP pricing.
  • Act as the Salesforce Super User for the region:
    • Support and train the regional Sales team
    • Monitor data quality and pipeline accuracy
    • Participate in monthly Super User meetings

Support Business Reviews

  • Assist with customer price management and pricing administration in ERP.
  • Prepare information for business review meetings and consolidate monthly customer reports.

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, or operations support
  • Strong system capability, ideally with Salesforce (CRM) and ERP environments
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across regions
  • A proactive, safety‑focused mindset aligned with Bradken values
