What You Will Do:
Technical Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and execute the long-term technical strategy for the organization, aligning with business goals and industry trends.

- Work closely with the executive team and other senior leaders to influence and shape the company's technology roadmap and architecture.

Architectural Leadership:
- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance on complex architectural challenges, ensuring that the company's technology stack is future-proof, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- Drive the design and implementation of innovative architectures and solutions that improve scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure technical decisions are aligned with business priorities and market demands.
- Ensure that the company's architecture adheres to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Initiatives and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on strategic technical initiatives, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.

Leadership and Mentorship:
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, architects, and technical leaders, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
- Serve as a role model for technical excellence, influencing the engineering culture across the company.
- Lead efforts to improve technical standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that the organization is positioned for future growth and success.
- Collaborate with HR and talent teams to develop and implement talent strategies that attract, retain, and grow top engineering talent.
What You Will Need:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or equivalent experience demonstrates deep expertise in technical leadership.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 8 years in senior leadership or technical strategy positions within large, complex organizations.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale technical initiatives and solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that align with strategic business goals.
Technical Skills:
- Technical Strategy: Strong expertise in defining and executing technical strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.
- Architectural Expertise: Deep understanding of software and system architecture, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Emerging Technologies: Experience with evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or edge computing, and their application to business needs.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, and the ability to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
- DevOps and Automation: Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code to drive automation and operational efficiency.
Leadership and Communication:

Preferred Certifications:

- TOGAF Certified Architect or relevant architecture certifications.
Additional Qualifications:
