Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at YouGov Shopper you will be responsible for analysing market data and turning research into value-added insights and recommendations for our clients. You will be dealing with unique big data sources identifying market trends, main drivers of change and providing our clients professional and trustful consultancy.
You will:

Actively identify client needs and turning them into research propositions.

Regularly meet, manage and build client relationships with existing clients but also new clients.

Be responsible for planning, strategy and activities of assigned portfolio of clients (Account Management).

Participate in enrolment of new solutions amongst new and existing clients.
-
Independently and pro-actively engage in acquisition process or up-selling.
-
Comprehensively manage research projects, from design, objective settings, monitoring of progress, presenting the deliverable etc.

Analyse research and other available data and transform them into value add information.

Be responsible for final deliverables to clients in all forms, written, electronically or in person via personal presentations, especially concerning value add and recommendations.

Supports other team members within more complex assignments or projects.

Ensure smooth cooperation with other departments on local or regional/global level.
You have:

Relevant market research experience.

Analytical thinking, attention to details yet being able to see the bigger picture and the context.

Excellent project management skills incl. communication skills.
-
Presentation and communication skills, story telling.
-
Sales and negotiation skills.
-
Proactive, open and creative mind-set.
-
Flexible approach, being able to work independently but also in teams.
-
Very good to excellent English skills (both in writing and spoken).

MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
