Digital Panel Specialist

At YouGov Shopper, we help you stay ahead of trends and rapidly changing shopper behavior.

We deliver data of fast-moving consumer goods consumption in family by collecting daily purchases in our panel composed by around 15.000 panel lists. These data are processed by our software procedures and delivered to our clients.

We are searching for a Digital Panel Specialist profile to introduce into our Panel Management Team.

 

As a Digital Panel Specialist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Setting up and monitoring marketing campaigns on various digital platforms such as Google, Meta, X, ... with the aim of recruiting new panelists for the Consumer Panel.
• Follow up the analytics of our panel website, among others, and based on your

        findings you take the necessary actions or make the necessary recommendations

        regarding recruitment and engagement of the panel

• provide support in developing and providing digital communication to the panel

        based on your data and/or data we receive directly from the panel.

• provide support in managing and implementing various small and larger projects

         related to panel management (preparing samples, surveys, rewards, etc.).

• Operational management of our Facebook community and other channels.
• Intermediate in use of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) for data analysis, quality checks, and reporting

The Digital Panel Specialist is reporting to our Team Manager Panel Administrator, also based in Milan.

The Digital Panel Specialist ensures excellent quality standards in line with our YouGov Standardized Global Guidelines.

• You have a higher or university education, or equivalent through experience.
• You are a flexible, proactive and structured organizational talent.
• You have a basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, Social media marketing campaigns. A Background in digital marketing or related fields is definitely a plus.
• You have an understanding of numerical analysis; prior knowledge of research methods and techniques is also a plus.
• You can work both independently and in a team.
• You have good communication skills and a very good knowledge of English and Native Italian speaker.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for producing and editing marketing and visual materials
• Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
