Commercial Research Consultant
The Commercial Research Consultant manages local, regional and multinational accounts and is responsible for additional new business as well as developing existing client relationships in Denmark.
Reporting to our Commercial Director for Denmark, also based in Copenhagen the Commercial Research Consultant undertakes a variety of exciting duties across new business development, client sparring, data analytics and strategic consulting.
The Commercial Research Consultant works semi-independently in a team of skilled market research colleagues who take pride in their work and being part of a collaborative, energising environment.
You Will:
- Proactively source and drive new business through strategic lead identification and development of business potential
- Deliver new revenue streams from existing or lapsed clients through a consultative, partnering approach
- Own personal revenue KPI's and seek to improve YoY increase through methodical sales strategy
- Manage a portfolio of FMCG clients independently and as part of a team
- Deliver outstanding client consultancy with actionable insights from our panel data
- Implement and manage solutions for better insights
- Feedback client requirements to support future solutions and drive innovation
- Support other consultants to deliver identified solutions and presentations
You have:
- A robust and energetic personality with a high level of engagement and drive
- Strong sales and client focus with good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Previous consistent new business revenue generation
- Excellent analytical skills, able to recognize insight from data sets
- A degree in Business/Administration and ideally previous experience in Market Research/Data Consulting (agency or client-side)
- Knowledge of the Danish FMCG market (in addition, knowledge of the Norwegian and Swedish market is a +)
- Fluent language skills in Danish and English
This is a hybrid working role (average x2 days p/w in office) based in Copenhagen.
