HR Generalist - Nuremberg (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

We’re looking for a HR Generalist with experience in German labour law, HR Operations and cross functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, compliant, and human-centred HR services — all while working in an inclusive, international environment that supports your growth.

What You’ll Do

Deliver end-to-end HR operations for Germany and selected European countries

Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, promotions, family leave, exits)

Ensure legal compliance with German labor law and CBAs

Manage HR systems and data integrity in Workday, including payroll support and reporting

Handle benefits administration, contracts, and employee documentation

Collaborate with global HR colleagues to improve processes and support key initiatives
What You Bring
-
2 + years of HR operations experience in Germany

Deep understanding of German labor law and employment practices

Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level)

Workday expertise and confident handling of HR data
Nice to Have (But Not a Must)

HR degree or relevant certification

Experience working across European markets

Proficiency in other European languages

Familiarity with Jira
