We’re looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to help us keep our Midtown Manhattan office running smoothly. This part-time, in-office role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and knows the ins and outs of what it takes to maintain a professional, welcoming, and compliant workplace in New York City.

Whether it's managing vendors, organizing supplies, supporting health and safety efforts, or making sure the coffee is stocked and the office feels just right—you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our NYC space humming.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Keep the Office Running

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and align with NYC codes and company standards
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies, coordinate with building management on maintenance needs
  • Support office moves, desk setups, and workspace planning
  • Organize internal events and assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics

Stay on Top of Compliance

  • Monitor fire/life safety requirements, sanitation standards, and building code adherence
  • Conduct or coordinate fire drills and inspections
  • Promote sustainability practices aligned with NYC recycling mandates

Support the Team

  • Process invoices and POs, manage office expenses within budget
  • Maintain vendor relationships and support vendor performance reviews
  • Provide light administrative support across other offices in the Americas

✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Prior experience in a facilities or office support role—NYC experience preferred
  • Familiarity with NYC building codes, safety standards, and local compliance practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to juggle tasks, stay organized, and think ahead
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills

For roles based in California, New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base pay range for this position is $25-28 per hour

Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
