Junior Research Executive
Are you a talented, curious, and driven Junior Research Executive ready to take your next step in your career. We’re looking for a Junior Research Executive to join our collaborative team in Madrid. Reporting to a research manager within the sector, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining new and existing clients. You will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of research projects from start to finish and you will support senior members of staff in the delivery of highly complex projects.
You will have exposure to a variety of people to get the insight you need to deliver the outcome our clients require. In our Custom Research department, nothing is ever typical, and all projects require a unique and innovative approach and the flexibility that goes with that requirement.
What will I be doing day to day?
- Assisting and management of projects from inception to delivery and supporting the wider team. This will include but not limited to:
- Support the design, scripting, and testing of surveys : liaise with client on expectations on anticipated outcome.
- Fieldwork management: monitor fieldwork for errors or unexpected abnormalities and correcting any problems to ensure the best possible outcome
- Working closely with the Survey Management team
- Liaising effectively with internal teams and being the main contact for day-to-day aspects of project
- Assist with data analysis and take part in client debriefs alongside senior colleague
- Stay up to date on trends and developments in the industries you’re researching through monitoring of news, developments, information, journals, magazines, etc.
What do I need to bring with me?
- At least 1 years experience in Market Research Industry or a similar role.
- A degree in a relevant field (social sciences, business, psychology, marketing, etc.)Meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish & English
- A proactive mindset and confidence to take ownership of tasks
- Excellent client focus and handling skills
- A keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
