Senior Consultant - Insight Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant - Insight Lead to join our team and help shape the future of consumer intelligence This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in market research who’s ready to take a step forward—whether that means deepening their client leadership skills, owning projects more independently, or gradually growing into a management role.
What You’ll Do
Research & Insight Development
- Design and deliver bespoke research studies tailored to client objectives.
- Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to uncover trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics.
Project Ownership & Execution
- Manage research projects from start to finish: scoping, set-up, fieldwork, analysis, and delivery.
- Ensure timely execution with high-quality standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Insight Analysis & Storytelling
- Translate data into clear, strategic insights that guide client decisions.
- Spot emerging trends and patterns that matter for brand and business growth.
Client Partnership
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, helping them interpret results and define next steps.
- Contribute to building strong, trusted client relationships over time.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, insight-driven environment.
- Support junior team members through informal coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Potential for future line management responsibilities as the role evolves.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong analytical mindset with curiosity for what drives consumer choices.
- Prior experience in market research, data analysis, or consulting (agency or client side).
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently, both in writing and in meetings.
What You Bring
- Experience: 4+ years in market research or a related field (up to 6–7 years welcome).
- Proactivity: You take initiative and enjoy exploring new tools, angles, or challenges.
- Insight-Driven Thinking: You’re comfortable with numbers and even more comfortable turning them into meaning.
- Team Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative setting and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Fluency: Fluent in French, and proficient in English (B2–C1 level).
