Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive with a passion for sports betting, casino games, and customer engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our dynamic team in executing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating with various stakeholders to enhance the player experience for our exciting verticals.

What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app) for our sports betting and casino products, following the overarching CRM strategy.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Help create compelling campaign content, including terms and conditions. Collaborate with the design studio by providing creative briefs and reviewing campaign visuals for approval.
- On-Site Setup: Support the setup and optimization of promotional landing pages, banners, and on-site messaging.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key contact by communicating all campaign details to the Customer Support and Central Operational teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough A/B tests and quality checks on all campaign elements to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with regulations.
- Process Improvement: Follow established centralized CRM processes and help identify opportunities to make them more efficient.
What We’re Looking For
- Up to 1+ years of experience in CRM, online business, or a related role. A keen interest in the online gambling industry (sports betting or casino) is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and quality assurance abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on, and willing-to-learn attitude.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
