CRM Executive – Life Cycle, QA and Reporting

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and support our efforts in campaign execution, customer lifecycle execution, and data reporting. You will be a key link between data, operations, and marketing, helping to create seamless user experiences that drive engagement and growth for our platform.

What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign & Lifecycle Support: Assist in building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) and automated customer journeys (onboarding, retention, reactivation).
- Data & Reporting: Work with the Data Team to pull player lists, generate basic segments, and help create dashboards. Deliver weekly performance reports on campaign results.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks on all CRM campaigns, banners, and user flows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a consistent user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the Social Media and Customer Support (CS) teams by sharing campaign details, gathering player feedback, and helping to align messaging.
- Analysis & Optimization: Help analyse user flows (registration, deposits) to identify friction points and suggest improvements. Assist with basic A/B tests on messaging and offers.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in maintaining promotional leaderboards and documenting processes to improve workflow efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, CRM, analytics, or a related field. A passion for digital marketing and iGaming is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is required. Willingness to learn data analysis tools.
- A keen eye for detail, essential for QA testing and ensuring error-free campaigns.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from CS, Social Media, and Data teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
