Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven CRM Campaign Manager to lead our Campaign team and oversee the execution of high-impact campaigns for both casino gaming and sports betting. In this role, you will ensure flawless campaign delivery, optimize CRM metrics through A/B testing, and continuously improve processes to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and central operational teams, to align Campaign strategies with business goals.
*Position based in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.
What you’ll be doing:

- Campaign Execution & Leadership:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns (emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, landing pages, and banners) for casino and sports betting.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and compliant with gambling regulations (e.g., T&Cs, responsible gaming messaging).
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM Executives and Copywriters, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM Strategy & Planning Manager to:
- Jointly plan and maintain the CRM calendar to prevent overlaps and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer communications
- Share performance insights and feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Performance Optimization:
- Design and analyze A/B tests to improve key CRM metrics (CTR, conversion, retention, ROI).
- Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Streamline CRM workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Implement best practices for personalization, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep CRM strategies competitive.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with Central Operations, Design, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign strategies, results, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between CRM initiatives and broader business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, sports betting, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of executing successful CRM campaigns and improving KPIs (e.g., retention, LTV).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and familiarity with gambling compliance requirements.
