Car Fleet Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Fleet Specialist to manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and logistics of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are compliant with regulatory standards, well-maintained, cost-efficient, and aligned with the company's operational needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proves strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Has excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proves knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleet.
• Track and maintain records of vehicle registrations, inspections, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments, dispatching, and returns.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and other fleet metrics.
• Work with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and leasing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Respond promptly to vehicle-related incidents and coordinate resolution.
  

* This position require a Combination of office and field work (vehicle inspections, vendor site visits, etc.)
