Join Superbet as a Gaming Commercial Specialist and drive our Gaming P&L by expertly managing supplier and aggregator partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Gaming Partnerships, you'll leverage your commercial acumen, analytical skills, and relationship-building expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record in commercial roles within gaming suppliers, aggregators, or operators, we want to hear from you. You'll be responsible for optimizing commercial relationships, executing strategic initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance our gaming portfolio and market position. Your structured approach and ability to foster strong partnerships will be key to your success.
What you will be doing :
• Own and manage relationships with gaming content suppliers, ensuring Superbet stays ahead of new releases, features, and promotional opportunities.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to enhance supplier partnerships, drive revenue growth, and optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Country Leads, Marketing, CRM, and CS) to align gaming initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze performance data and market trends, leveraging insights to enhance supplier and casino performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations with new and existing suppliers, ensuring optimal commercial terms and agreements.
• Oversee supplier integrations, managing the full lifecycle from negotiations to legal approvals and technical implementation.
• Align and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring supplier promotions and network campaigns are effectively executed across key territories.
• Represent Superbet at industry events and supplier meetings, strengthening strategic relationships and staying informed on the latest gaming trends.
• Serve as the key escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring efficient resolution and maintaining strong commercial ties.
• Produce regular performance reports, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience in a commercial role within gaming suppliers, aggregators, or operators.
• Has strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data, identify trends, and drive informed decisions.
• Has excellent relationship management skills, capable of establishing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
• Has a hands-on and proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Is a collaborative and strategic thinker, able to work cross-functionally and align multiple stakeholders.
• Has willingness to travel for industry events and supplier meetings.
