App Marketing Specialist

- Has at least 2-3 years of experience managing App Store Optimisation (ASO) and App marketing campaigns with large budgets;
- Has experience running In app events and Custom Product Pages/Listings
- Has a deep understanding and experience with the Appsflyer, or any other MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner).
- Proves strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills;
- Has a data-driven, strategic, and commercial mindset;
- Is a team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organization;
- Maintains a positive and proactive attitude towards business travel, embracing the challenges and opportunities it presents;
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
- You have experience in the Gambling/iGaming industry or Sport lover;
- Managed Universal App Campaigns (UAC) / Apple Search Ads campaigns for large clients;
- Have AppsFlyer certification or for similar App marketing analytics platform;
- Used AppTweak or similar ASO tools;
- Owning all App Store Optimization and App marketing strategy and activities for all our App products and markets;
- Helping define app marketing goals, measurement, and KPIs (including Acquisition, Retention, ROI, LTV) and ensuring performance targets are met;
- Managing App Store Optimisation (ASO): ongoing optimization of Search elements, assets A/B tests, create custom listing pages etc;
- Managing Apple Search Ads, Google Universal App Install and App marketing networks; Monitor, report and optimize Paid App Marketing campaigns so that App performance targets are met;
- Contributing and consulting on the management of app marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, Display, Social, Affiliates etc. Working with MMP (i.e. AppsFlyer) on the setup of apps, integrations, and tracking;
- Working with Martech and BI on app tracking, attribution, and reporting;
- Defining strategy and project managing app marketing for new app launches (new regions, new products);
- Monitoring developments and identifying opportunities; Collaborating with internal teams (channel owners, Design, Product, BI, Legal, Finance, etc);
- Have access to multiple learning resources and opportunities such as: dedicated workshops, attending local and global conferences, having an LCS support from Google, attend courses, having access to e-learning platforms, travel for business pursposes.
