Social & Content Specialist - Supersocial

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social & Content Specialist to join Supersocial, a Superbet product. The ideal candidate is a sports fanatic with a flair for storytelling and content creation. You’ll lead our content strategy, craft engaging material for fans, and build a vibrant community on the Supersocial platform. If you love connecting with sports audiences and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This position is based in the São Paulo.We are looking for someone who:
- True Sports Enthusiast: Passionate about sports—especially soccer—and fluent in Brazilian fan culture.
- Creative Storyteller: Skilled at turning ideas and trends into compelling narratives.
- Community Builder: Empathetic, energetic, and able to foster loyal, positive communities.
- Trendsetter & Collaborator: On top of social media trends, organized with calendars, and comfortable working with designers and teammates to keep the brand ahead.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in social media, content strategy, or community management (sports preferred).
- Strong portfolio across Instagram, X, TikTok, Kwai.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Portuguese and English.
What you'll be doing:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Plan and deliver a dynamic calendar of posts, stories, videos, banners, and copy for Supersocial on Superbet channels.
- Community Management: Be the voice of Supersocial, engaging with fans, moderating discussions, and keeping the platform welcoming and interactive.
- Influencer & Partner Content Strategy: Develop tailored assets for influencers, partners, and Superbet’s own handles to promote Supersocial with impact and consistency.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor engagement, reach, and growth; use insights to refine strategy and demonstrate results.
- Innovation & Ideation: Track trends in sports and social media to pitch fresh content formats, campaigns, and challenges that excite fans year-round.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with marketing, designers, and other teams to ensure brand alignment and support broader campaigns.
