Omnichannel CRM Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Omnichannel Specialist who will be responsible for the omnichannel CRM calendar, planning daily activities and measure the success of the campaigns. You will manage the monthly omnichannel CRM calendar, create campaigns that connect shop and online journeys and bring fresh initiatives to keep players engaged.
What you'll be doing:
Drive the CRM strategy for omnichannel customers, ensuring retail and online experiences work together.
Plan and executes the monthly omnichannel CRM calendar.
Develop and deliver campaigns and initiatives that link shop and online play.
Work closely with Retail, Marketing and Product teams to create consistent experiences for players.
Track campaign performance and provide insights to keep improving the omnichannel journey.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 2-4 years of experience in CRM, retail marketing or customer engagement roles
Has strong English skills, both written and spoken
Has a creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and initiatives
Is comfortable working with data
Has strong teamwork skills
Has experience with CRM or campaign management tools is a plus
