Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop and manage Superbet’s affiliate program in Greece. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships, optimizing performance, and ensuring our affiliate channel delivers sustainable growth in line with market goals. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Affiliates and cross-functional teams (Growth Marketing, Compliance, CRM, Product, BI, Treasury and Legal) to deliver results in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

What you will be doing :

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for Greece.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, optimizing performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate activity to ensure performance targets are met and budgets are optimized.
• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing and local teams to align campaigns with product launches, sporting events, and brand strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Greek regulations and Superbet’s responsible gaming standards.
• Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the Head of Affiliates and the key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who :

• Has 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Has strong understanding of the Greek betting and gaming market and local affiliate ecosystem.
• Has proven track record in managing and growing affiliate portfolios.
• Has excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Has an analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Income Access, NetRefer, or similar affiliate platforms.
• Is fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Is self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup.
• Has experience with SEO, content marketing, or performance marketing in Greece (nice to have). 
• Has knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated markets (nice to have). 
• Has familiarity with multi-market affiliate programs or regional (nice to have).
