Head of Display & Programmatic

As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.

 We're hiring a Head of Display & Programmatic to lead full-funnel programmatic strategy across four key markets. This central role will unify local execution into a best-in-class, insight-led model covering all major programmatic channels — Display, Video, Native, CTV, DOOH.

We're looking for someone who has: 

  • 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with team leadership experience.
  • Strong cross-channel knowledge: DSPs, SSPs, ad verification, attention metrics
  • Experience in performance-driven and/or regulated sectors (iGaming a plus)
  • Fluency in English (PL, PT, RO, SR a bonus)
  • Full-funnel and lifecycle marketing experience is a must

 What you'll be doing:

  • Define and lead cross-market display & programmatic strategy (full-funnel: brand, acquisition, retention)
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of 4 local market specialists (dual-reporting)
  • Drive consistent planning, execution and optimisation across all channels
  • Partner with Analytics, MarTech, and Data Science to fuel data-led decisions
  • Launch innovation pilots (e.g. attention-based buying, new formats like CTV/DOOH)
  • Oversee agency and platform partner relationships
  • Embed planning governance and local compliance best practices
