We're looking for a data-driven CRM Analyst to join our CRM analytics team. You'll play a critical role in transforming customer data into actionable insights that enhance our CRM strategy, drive retention, and improve the customer journey. Reporting to the Senior CRM Analytics Manager, you will work closely with Central CRM and other cross-functional teams to enable smarter decision-making and influence strategy with evidence-based insights.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in analytics or commercial insight roles.
  • Possess strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and business opportunities.
  • Proves proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Has good understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts.
  • Proves strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple, impactful insights.
  • Has the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in betting, gaming or e-commerce industries.
  • Have practical knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis.
  • Are familiar with industry-specific KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Have experience with experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse CRM campaign performance and customer behaviour, contributing to the development of frameworks and KPIs to optimise CRM strategies.
  • Deliver insights that improve retention, reactivation, and overall customer value.
  • Build self-service dashboards and tools to enable CRM and marketing teams to make data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and reporting teams to automate and scale CRM analytics.
  • Run A/B tests and statistical analyses to evaluate promotions, customer journeys, and communications effectiveness.
  • Use customer segmentation (e.g., lifecycle, value tier) to guide targeting and personalization efforts.
