Process Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our team and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Map and document existing business processes across different departments and geographies
• Conduct thorough process analysis to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Develop and implement process improvement solutions that drive operational efficiency
• Create detailed process documentation and maintain process repositories
• Lead workshops and training sessions to facilitate process changes
• Monitor and report on process performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in process analysis or business process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
• Proven ability to work effectively across different business functions
• Strong project management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with process automation tools and technologies
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Understanding of change management principles
• Experience in the betting/gaming industry (preferred)
