  • Lead the design for new products at Stenn.
  • Establish a clear and consistent voice of design at Stenn and strategic vision for how it will develop in the next 1-2 years. .
  • Influence cross-discipline teams and stakeholders to bring a view of customer empathy to their work.

How do you know if you are the right candidate?

You will have led teams of designers in the past and currently have a great portfolio of work that clearly outlines both great design and value generated for the end customer, preferably in the fintech or B2B space. In addition, you’re comfortable working with both in-person and remote teams using scrum methodology and hands-on experience building products and/or features using a standard suite of design tools such as Figma.

We appreciate the support recruitment agencies can provide, however our in-house team do not require any 3rd party assistance at this time.
