Marketing Operations Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations and Marketing team at Stenn. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence within the marketing department by implementing and optimizing marketing technologies, processes, and strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and drive continuous improvements to our marketing operations.

The role will report through our Marketing Operations team driving operational excellence across our Revenue generating functions whilst partnering closely with our marketing team ensuring the insight and processes are developed to enable a highly scalable marketing function.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Technology Management: Identify and implement new marketing technologies to streamline operations and improve campaign performance. 
  • Lead Management: Oversee lead flow processes, including lead scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales teams.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and in-app messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Design, build, and maintain comprehensive marketing performance reports to inform strategic decisions and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, business operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve revenue goals.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and synchronization across CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize user funnels, landing pages, and overall customer experience.

Background/Experience:

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Experienced in Marketing Operations whilst working cross functionally with departments like Data, Sales, and Finance
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency/familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret marketing data, develop insights, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Ambitious: A self-driven and motivational team member who champions innovation and process maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
