Web Strategy Lead

Barcelona

Stenn is one of the leading FinTechs in Europe and a category leader in the verticals and markets it operates in. Founded in 2015, Stenn’s purpose is to connect international SMEs to the global financial system, helping to bridge a reported $3.6 trillion (USD) financing gap through a fast, simple online platform. To date, Stenn has enabled over $18 billion (USD) of finance to SMEs in 3 verticals and 4 markets, with capital provided by several blue-chip banks and institutional fund managers across the globe.

Rapid expansion continues at Stenn, as under-served SMEs seek financing solutions to manage significant macroeconomic and supply chain disruption; and this follows our $50 million Series A fundraise in 2022, valuing Stenn at $900 million.

Our HQ is in London with employees across the globe, including the USA, Europe and China. We are made up of diverse, highly skilled professionals who work in an innovative way to develop and drive our business further. • Demand generation support: Work with the Product, Performance, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing teams to ideate, create, and implement tests that will improve website conversions. Implement personalization across the web experience to drive more engagement and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on web performance using tools such as Google Analytics and others. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • User Experience (UX): Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines and best practices. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continually enhance the user experience.
  • International support: Create a web strategy to support our web presence in target international markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including Product, GTM, and various teams within the Marketing organization to ensure the website supports overall company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of web platforms, content management systems (CMS), and related tools. Ensure the website is secure, responsive, and optimized for performance across all devices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall digital marketing experience
  • 2+ years of direct website management experience within a software company
  • Proven track record of driving web strategy and achieving measurable results, including increased traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Experience working directly with web developers under an agile methodology, managing product, web development and design priorities
  • Expertise in Heap or Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and web development technologies.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
