About the Role

We are looking for a Sport CRM Manager to join our growing CRM team and help shape player retention and engagement strategies across multiple brands and markets. If you're data-driven, innovative, and passionate about customer engagement, this is your chance to drive impactful CRM campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement automated CRM strategies to increase player engagement and retention.
✅ Leverage customer data to create personalized ad-hoc campaigns that reduce churn and improve CLTV.
✅ Analyze market trends to design and optimize CRM promotions tailored to player preferences.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and BI teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions.
✅ Track and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights for continuous optimization.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in all CRM outputs.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2+ years of CRM experience in the iGaming industry.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvements.
✔️ Understanding of sportsbook promotions and engagement strategies tailored to betting audiences.
✔️ Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove.
✔️ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Results-driven approach, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
