We are looking for a Casino Marketing Manager with solid iGaming operator-side experience to join our team onsite in Cyprus. This role is all about knowing your players, understanding the casino lifecycle, and using marketing mechanics (bonuses, tournaments, segmentation) to drive performance.

You’ll work closely with CRM, content, design, and product teams to create and optimize player-facing promotions and features, while always keeping the customer experience and retention at the heart of what you do. The role is hands-on and strategic – ideal for someone who enjoys getting involved, taking ownership, and seeing the impact of their work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute the onsite casino marketing strategy

  • Create exclusive bonus offers for affiliate and internal promotions

  • Communicate with game providers to secure the best deals and ensure top content is pushed onsite

  • Run competitor analyses and keep a close eye on market trends

  • Analyze customer behavior to improve segmentation and personalize marketing activities (e.g. VIP campaigns)

  • Monitor and improve retention features such as Game Challenges and the Loyalty Shop

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, working within defined budget margins

  • Collaborate with CRM, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, visually strong, and aligned with brand tone

 

Who You Are:

  • You’ve worked on the operator side (not provider side) in iGaming – must-have

  • You understand player lifecycles, bonusing, and segmentation in detail

  • Hands-on experience in Casino CRM marketing, promotions, and/or campaigns

  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving projects from idea to execution

  • Based in or ready to relocate to Cyprus for a full-time, onsite role
