The PR Manager will drive the company’s public relations strategy, strengthen content and media strategy, and position our brands as a thought leader in the global iGaming space. You will manage external communications, coordinate award submissions, and ensure consistent, positive brand messaging across all channels.
Location: Warsaw, office
Language: English (Advanced); Russian/Ukrainian – native
Experience: 4+ years in PR - iGaming/Gambling
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
• Manage relationships with key iGaming media, journalists, partners, and stakeholders.
• Managing product pr, sports sponsorship launches
• Strengthen media presence in the European and Nordic region
• Draft and distribute compelling press releases, interviews, articles, reports, content pieces
• Support and developing newsjacking
• Monitor industry trends and competitive PR activity to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
• Support speakership presence at key industry events
• Managing and developing listings, europeans and industry awards pitching
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Organize press events, media briefings, and coordinate PR activity at industry trade shows
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of PR experience within the iGaming industry (B2B)
• B2C experience (will be plus)
• Proven success managing PR campaigns, brand positioning, and award strategies in iGaming.
• Strong network of media contacts across the iGaming, tech, and entertainment niches
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (English - hight level)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
